Institute of Computer Technologies offers a wide range of monolithic and compound bandpass ceramic microwave filters. The scope of application of microwave filters is both household appliances and telecommunication devices of military and industrial use with high failure-resistance rate.

COMPOSITION AND APPLICATION

The products include thermostable ceramic materials, both imported and domestic, based on oxide aluminum, barium titanate, titanium, zinc etc.

The products are used as part of electronic devices with a signal power of up to 15W at frequencies up to 10 GHz in a wide temperature range.

Metallization with special compounds provides easy assembly without the use of fusible solders and special tools, as well as enables assembly with glue.

  • Electrical parameters check;
  • Durability test by exposure of sinusoidal vibration;
  • Испытание на прочность при транспортировке;
  • Durability test during transportation;
  • Performance check with high working temperature (+85 ºС);
  • Changing temperature exposure test (from –60 to +90 ºС).

QUALITY CONTROL AND ACCEPTANCE OF BANDPASS MICROWAVE FILTERS ARE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF GOST 25360-82.
