PVA DELTA 6 robotic selective application / dispensing system (USA) provides high accuracy and repeatability of application, as well as the opportunity of automated work with various materials in one cycle.

Ultraviolet polymerization of protective coatings and compounds

The use of modern HumiSeal® photopolymer materials and PVA Spectra automated system for ultraviolet polymerization (USA) allows us to achieve high quality conformal coating application in the shortest possible time, that is especially important when working with large batches of products.

Automated cleaning of PCB assemblies

Using the SUPERSWASH III machine from the well-known European manufacturer PBT Works enables us to remove any contaminants that occur during assembly operations, to clean high-density PCB assemblies with low-profile components, assembled units before applying conformal coatings, etc. in a fully automated mode.
