EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES OF IKT

An agreement on partnership and cooperation was concluded between the IKT company and the Kharkov Radio Engineering College (in the photo, the Director of the College Konstantin Stryuk and the Development director of IKT Vladislav Oleksienko).

Both parties understand that the further development of the domestic electronics industry presupposes the availability of highly qualified personnel and that its high-quality training is possible only in the context of a close alliance of educational institutions and industrial enterprises-potential employers.

IKT has all the conditions for internships of the future specialists in the field of electronics production – modern equipment and infrastructure, big work experience of mentors, a wide variety of electronic products that are manufactured on a contract basis for Ukrainian and foreign customers, and most importantly – a large desire to contribute to the development of human resources in Ukraine.
